Rob has been in the construction industry for 24 years. He started as a residential contractor and has made a nice transition into the commercial industry. Rob started out in the field as a superintendent, but moved into the office as project manager for the last eight years. Rob has been with D. Fickler Construction for 10 years.
Notable Projects: Lionville Professional Center – 65,000 SF Rivercrest Country Club - 44,000 SF Chester County Intermediate Unit – 86,000 SF Becket & Lee – 55,000 SF Rob is married and has five children. He enjoys watching his kids play sports, playing hockey, and spending time with his family.

Brian has been with D. Fickler Construction for eight years. Brian was hired as a Site Superintendent and in 2001 came into the office as Project Manager. Brian has worked in the construction industry for 19 years. He has also worked for a civil engineering firm and other construction management firms.
Notable Projects: Comcast Building – 22,000 SF Automotive Training Center – 70,000 SF French Creek Country Club – 20,000 SF First Financial Bank – 3,000 SF Brian is married and has two children. He enjoys hunting, boating, and spending time with his family.
