Tony has been with D. Fickler Construction, LLC for 2 years as the Director of
Business Development. He brings to that role over 40 years of sales and marketing
experience, including 23 years in real estate investment and development. Tony is
married and has two children and two grandchildren, one on each coast. In addition
to spending time with his grandchildren, he is an avid reader, who enjoys family, golf,
travel, music, and beach activities.

Debbie has been with D. Fickler Construction for 11 years as the office administrative
assistant. Debbie is the “battery that keeps the company running.” She is married and
has one grown daughter. Debbie is an avid Philadelphia 76er’s fan, enjoys walking,
reading, trips to Florida and her Siamese cats.

Serving as the Controller/Bookkeeper/IT/HR company liaison, Maureen has been with
the Fickler organization for the last 13 years. A graduate of West Chester University,
she is married and has two small children. She enjoys traveling (anywhere and anytime),
a vigorous workout at the gym, running and spending time with her family.
