GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Mark Allebach
Mark is the company’s General Superintendent and is responsible for all field operations, field personnel, and safety-related issues. Mark has been with D. Fickler Construction for 10 years. Mark has been in the construction business for 22 years working his way up the ranks from laborer, carpenter, superintendent, and finally general superintendent. Mark is married and has three children. He is an avid outdoorsman enjoying golfing and hunting. In the spring and summer, you can find Mark hitting the little white ball.


SUPERINTENDENTS

Bill Breslin
Bill has been with Fickler for 10 of the 14 years he has been in the construction industry. He is a carpenter by trade and a graduate of Williamson Trades School. Bill is married and has four children. He enjoys hunting, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Bill has been the site superintendent for many of the company’s golf clubhouse projects, including:

  • Rivercrest Golf Clubhouse
  • French Creek Golf
  • Coatesville Country Club


  • Kevin Tague
    Kevin has been with D. Fickler Construction for 10 years of the 32 years he has been in the construction industry. Kevin is married and has three children. He is active in his church and enjoys spending time with his family. Kevin is a carpenter by trade and has handled a full range of project types, including construction of flex buildings and country clubs.


    Joe Loeffler
    For the last four years, Joe has been a Site Superintendent for D. Fickler Construction. Joe has been in the construction business for approximately 35 years. Joe is married and has a daughter and three step children. He is more than an avid golfer and enjoys traveling.


    Mike Eshleman
    Mike has been with the Fickler organization for the last two years. Overall, he has been in the construction industry for 12 years in both the office and field. Mike is married and enjoys the outdoor life, including hunting and golfing. Mike has recently completed the Automotive Training Center project, a 70,000 SF post secondary educational facility.


    Lance Parson
    Lance has been with D. Fickler Construction for two years. Lance has been in the construction business for 35 years completing many high profile projects. Lance is married and has two girls. He enjoys bird watching, kayaking, is active in his church, and spending time with his family. Lance recently completed the Lionville Professional Center, an eleven building, 70,000 SF office condominium project.


    Rich Triolo
    Rich has been with D. Fickler Construction for one year as a Site Superintendent. Rich has been in the construction business for 36 years working for some of the area’s largest general contractors. Rich is married and has two children. He is an avid sports fan and is a coach for his son’s soccer team.
